The Go-Auction system is 'cloud-based', so all you need is a web browser to access it.

  • Hosting is included as part of your Go-Auction monthly fee.
  • Daily, off-site backups of your website and data.
  • Hosted on our own, UK-based webservers, ISO accredited with advanced security.


Absentee bidding & Wishlist

Go-Auction makes it easy for your customers to register and submit bids before your auction.

  • Online registration - your customers can register to bid through your website.
  • Customers can bid on auctions you've marked as open for commission bidding.
  • Bid amounts are permitted according to the bidding increments/minimum bid percentage you've set up. 
  • Emails are automatically sent to the customer and to you confirming the bid.
  • Dedicated screen in the admin system where you can view and download bids. 
  • Customers have a 'My Account' area where they can view their current bids. 
  • Wishlist where customers can gather lots of interest to them. 


Fully customisable

The Go-Auction system can be completely customised to suit your exact requirements. 

  • Set your bid increments, minimum bids and buyers premium rates
  • Set 'lot categories' to suit your auctions and the type of goods you sell
  • Email templates let you control the content of emails that are sent by the system


Superb support

With both our Go-Auction packages, you'll get a superb support service. 

  • With Go-Auction Lite, you'll get up to 2 hours per month to talk to a Go-Auction expert (capped at 5 requests per month)
  • With Go-Auction Plus, a Go-Auction expert (dedicated to your account) will work with you on your website for 7 hours per month. 
  • If you need extra support - no problem, you can purchase it on a 'pay as you go' basis. 
  • A dedicated support portal for you to raise and monitor any support issues. 


Flat monthly fee

You'll know exactly where you are with pricing, no hidden charges.

  • One-off set up fee. 
  • Flat monthly fee of £300 + VAT for Go-Auction, and £575 + VAT for Go-Auction Plus. 
  • Pay monthly
  • Rolling 30-day contracts available 
  • 12-month contracts offer a 5% discount on your flat monthly fee (you can still pay monthly)
